I recommend them 1000 percent. Detail: Working with NG Masonry and Construction was a genuinely great experience. Noah, Dave, and Teresa were easy to talk to, kept me updated at every step, and clearly take pride in doing things the right way. Their communication was excellent, and the level of precision they brought to the project really stood out. This wasn’t just a garage floor and sidewalk replacement. It felt like a mix of craftsmanship and engineering. They treated my home and property with more care than any contractor I’ve ever hired. Everything was protected, cleaned up, and handled with real respect. The project stayed right on schedule, and they made the whole process simple and stress free. What really sets them apart is how they plan for the future. This wasn’t a quick fix or a basic replacement. They engineered the entire project to last. The drainage, the pitch, the base, the concrete mix, the reinforcement, all of it was done with long‑term durability in mind. You can feel the difference when you see the final result. We were so impressed with NG Masonry's work! After a bad experience with another contractor, it was a relief to work with NG Masonry. They demoed our existing patio and installed a new broom finish patio. They communicated clearly, hit their promised timeline, were tidy, and worked hard to understand our property and priorities and install something that checked all the boxes and looks like it will be functional and beautiful for a long time. If you are looking for a Masonry contractor in Monroe County NY, Noah and the team at NG Masonry & Construction should be your top choice. Noah demonstrated why they have a high BBB rating. I was looking for a company to put in a 17 x 14 patio.  We need a pad this size as we are going to install a gazebo and with the high winds we have had lately, over 40mps, I wanted a pad that would make sure the gazebo  was firmly anchored. I check the BBB website and found a few contractors that had high ratings. After contacting them, I only heard from two NG and another company. The other company quoted a job that I considered substandard as it was a 4 in pad and wire mesh in the concrete. Noah then quoted a 5 in pad and rebar in the concrete. A much stronger and durable pad then just wire mesh and thick enough to make sure I can anchor the gazebo as per manufactures requirements. The installation took about 30 hours over 3 days and as you can see from the photo, it look like we have individual slabs installed instead of one continous pad. The after job cleanup was fantastic, since every thing had to be barreled in from the street, any damage to the lawn was leveled out, top soil applied and then seeded. As you can see, they also graded aound the pad and seeded. I have no problem with recommending them to anybody that needs Masonry work. Great Job Noah!!!
