Working with NG Masonry and Construction has been an absolute pleasure from start to finish. Brian was extremely helpful with the quoting process, helping us understand what things we needed to think about when planning out our patio and then being more than willing to work with us as we made changes and added on the front walkway. Theresa was great with scheduling and keeping us up to date with how things were progressing with the weather and answering any questions we had. Dave and Noah were absolutely fantastic and their crew amazed us with how quickly they were able to get the work done while maintaining a focus on quality. They walked us through some important decisions we needed to make and did a great job explaining the tradeoffs. As we went through the process it was clear that they were focused on making sure this came out well and not just doing it in the easier or less costly way on their end. NG Masonry provided an exceptional job at my wife's and my home.  The ramp removed all the trip-and-fall potential that there were with the steps before the project. We originally had contracted with a popular concrete "epoxy" coating company whose name begins with an "A", However after the "A" company severely damaged the existing garage floor by creating several large gaping holes exposing the rebar (when prepping the floor) and refusing to fix it; (and refused to pay for the repair) we decided to replace the floor and got 4 estimates from reputable companies for the replacement. NG Masonry provided the most detailed estimate of all the companies that we were considering for the job and have an excellent reputation and were competitively priced.
We had our garage floor replaced by NG Masonry & Construction. Noah (owner) and Josh (manager who provided the estimate) are very professional.   Josh was able to accommodate our schedule. They provided outstanding customer service; they pickup the phone almost immediately, and if you leave a voice message, they return the call within an hour.    Noah explained each step of the process as it occurred. Noah was on-site with his team.  The workers are very skilled and polite and did an excellent job installing our new concrete floor. We have a stamped concrete patio and walkway that was in desperate need of not only resealing, but also recoloring. We definitely waited too long between reseals and a lot of the original antiquing had faded. NG masonry came and sandblasted, recolored and resealed everything back to its original beauty! Detail: Working with NG Masonry and Construction was a genuinely great experience. Noah, Dave, and Teresa were easy to talk to, kept me updated at every step, and clearly take pride in doing things the right way. Their communication was excellent, and the level of precision they brought to the project really stood out. This wasn’t just a garage floor and sidewalk replacement. It felt like a mix of craftsmanship and engineering.

They treated my home and property with more care than any contractor I’ve ever hired. Everything was protected, cleaned up, and handled with real respect. The project stayed right on schedule, and they made the whole process simple and stress free.
